Puijoga is a fantasy, documentary and a song in the wind.
Puijoga is a meditative film from the spiritual forests of Savonia, Finland. It’s also kind of magical if the viewer believes in such a thing. The film is non-narrative and relies on the viewer’s imagination. Puijoga takes viewers to relax in the wilderness, amongst forests and water bodies.
The film depicts forests and water bodies in their natural state, diversity and biological cycle. Experience the connection, peace and presence of spirits of the forest as you stop at ancient and sacred natural sites.
